Who Do I Speak To?

If you are not presently a client and have a legal problem or question, contact The Firm and ask to speak to any of their experienced attorneys to discuss your issue or need. If you are currently a DiCello Firm client, ask to speak with the staff person(s) or attorney(s) with whom you have corresponded or otherwise dealt with. If you're not sure who that might be, contact the office and we will direct you to the right person.

Where Is My File, How or When Can I See It?

All client files stay with The DiCello Firm for a period of five years before they are destroyed. However, if you have been asked to pick up your file, or if you otherwise need it, you can do that by calling The DiCello Firm office and scheduling a time to pick it up. If you want to see your file, simply schedule an appointment with the attorney handling your case. Due to our present case volume, try to schedule your meeting two weeks in advance.

When Can I Talk To Someone?

The DiCello Firm is open Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm EST. The Firm is closed on weekends and government holidays, in keeping with various state and federal court schedules.

The DiCello Firm is located in the Northeast corner of Ohio, in the city of Mentor - just 20 minutes east of Cleveland.
