MARK A. DICELLO, ESQ.

Mark A. DiCello Esq., has a been a member of the DiCello Firm since 1996.  He has focused his practice on Single Action and Mass Action Tort Law, Wrongful Death and Trucking Litigation.

Mark attended the University of Dayton and his Juris Doctorate degree from the Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He has been admitted to the state Bars of Ohio and New York State. 

Mark is a former Assistant Prosecutor for the Office of the Lake County Prosecutor, in Lake County Ohio, and enjoyed success as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Felony Division.  He has been admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

In addition to his Bar memberships Mark is also a member of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers and currently serves as a Governing Trustee of The Ohio Academy. Mark is a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Mental Health Services for Homeless Persons (MHS) of Cuyahoga County, Ohio and has assisted that agency in creating the most comprehensive, single-agency continuum of care and services for homeless and disabled individuals in Ohio, with stable funding from diversified sources.

In addition to the above, Mark has obtained verdicts and settlements of numerous claims for his clients for millions of dollars in recovery.  Mr. DiCello lectures accross the Country on issues related to litigation and trial strategy.
