As a member of The DiCello Firm since 2008, Mark A. Schneider has been practicing law in the area of Estate Litigation, Guardianships, and Estate Planning.

As a member of the Ohio House of Representatives, Mark A. Schneider (D-Mentor) is serving his first term as the voice of the 63rd Ohio House District in Lake County, Ohio. He represents constituents in Fairport Harbor, Grand River, Leroy Township, Madison, Madison Township, Mentor, North Perry, Painesville, Painesville Township, Perry and Perry Township. His current committee positions include:

Rep. Schneider is a lifelong resident of northeast Ohio. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting in 1997, before receiving his law degree from the Ohio State University College of Law in 2000. At the Ohio State University College of Law, Rep. Schneider served as President of the student body.

Rep. Schneider has served his entire adult life fighting for others as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the office of the Cuyahoga County Prosecuting Attorney. At the age of 29, Rep. Schneider was promoted to the elite Major Trial Unit, where he prosecuted countless cases of homicide and sexual assault, including capital murder prosecutions.

Rep. Schneider is a parishioner at St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church in Mentor and is an active member of his community. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Mentor and of the Lake County Bar Association.
