In order to meet your needs and to provide quality legal services to you, however, the Firm does collect some information that might contain Personally Identifiable Information ("PII"). Here are the areas where the Firm encounters your personal information:
- when you meet with the Firm in person or over the phone,
- when you send the Firm information by mail or e-mail, through the website, and on other documents or forms that are used on the site.
2) No disclosure of personal data:
The Firm does not share PII with anyone without your express consent, except as required or permitted by law and as described below. The law permits disclosure in certain instances, for example to protect against fraud, or in response to a court order, subpoena, or other legal process.
3) No sale of personal data:
The DiCello Law Firm will not sell, trade, or rent PII to third parties. The DiCello Law Firm will only use PII to respond to your requests for information from or your direct contact with the Firm. If you wish to change any information submitted to the Firm, or if you wish to opt out of the Firm's newsletter/mailing list, please do so using the "unsubscribe" option found in the Newsletter section of this site.
4) Protecting personal data:
Any PII received by the DiCello Law Firm will be treated with care and discretion. The Firm will use reasonable and good faith efforts to ensure that this information is kept private and not misused.

Said consent may be given or withheld at the Firm's sole discretion.
