ROBERT F . DICELLO, ESQ.

Robert F. DiCello ("Bob Jr.") joined the DiCello Firm in 2003 after working as an assistant county prosecutor in the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office. There he earned the rank of In-Charge supervisor. Bob graduated from the University of Dayton in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and in 1991 attended Northwestern University where he earned the degree of Master of Music in 1993.  After teaching music at McHenry County College, outside Chicago, Illinois, he attended the Cleveland Marshall College of Law, at Cleveland State University. In 1999 Bob earned his Juris Doctorate degree.

While a student at Cleveland Marshall, Bob achieved the high honor of being named the Editor-In-Chief of the Cleveland State Law Review.  During his year-long tenure (1998-1999) he edited numerous articles on a wide variety of legal subjects.

Since joining The DiCello Firm in 2003, Bob has litigated many cases and authored many appeals which have resulted in substantial recovery for his clients.

Starting in 2006, Bob began hosting a two hour radio program on Saturday afternoons , titled "Real Law Radio" airs on Newstalk 1420WHK Saturday afternoons from 2-4pm (est). There he presents a fresh perspective on what it means to be a trial lawyer, as he discusses the legal and social issues that affect the citizens of Northeast Ohio. The show is now in its fourth year.

Currently, Mr. DiCello is a member of the Lake County Bar Association, the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, and has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, The United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, and The United States Supreme Court. His current work load includes Civil Rights, Personal Injury, Police Misconduct, and litigation involving Probate law.
